What is our Return Policy?

All thrifted, repurposed, discounted, custom order, digital and printed art/photography* items are final sale.

*purchasing our digital and printed art/photography is not ownership, they cannot be reproduced or sold,

Lasting Ever After, Original by JVOriginal merchandise can be exchanged or receive store credit only. These items can only be exchanged or receive store credit of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receiving your item..

Store credit expires after 90 days of issue and can only be used once.

Exchanges must have no visible signs of wear or use and in original packaging.

We ship to all states in the USA.

We ship from Brooklyn, New York.

Who do we ship with?

We ship with UPS.

Why does my thrifted and/or repurposed items have imperfections?

Thrifted items were previously loved by someone else. They were curated for Lasting Ever After.

Repurposed items are thrifted items made into something else.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Some orders may take up to 14 business days.

We are a small business with custom and handmade items. Therefore, some items may take longer than others to ship.

How are we sustainable?

We practice sustainability by creating a space for fashion (and anything in between) that has been curated through thrifting, repurposed, handmade, and eco friendly practices.

Our packaging is made by EcoEnclose and NoIssue.
